The Moon,Earth and Sun
The moon goes around the earth and the earth goes around the sun. The sun is the reason that we get to see the moon because when the sun shines light on the moon we can see the moon but when there is no light shining on the moon we can’t. The moon has eight different phases the waxing moon,waxing quarter,waxing gibbous,full moon ,waning gibbous,waning quarter and waning moon.
